Keep it fresh!

Sprinkle Lime Juice On Top Of Guacamole, Insert Pit Into Centre, Then Seal With Wrap.

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 small or 1 large avocado 
  • 1/4 cup finely diced red onion
  • 1/8 cup (more or less) chopped cilantro
  • 1 garlic mined or pressed
  • 1 small tomato finely diced
  • 1/2 to 1 lime freshly squeezed
  • salt, pepper and hot sauce to taste
DIRECTIONS
  1. Prep your avocados: cut avocado down the middle and take out the pit. Scoop the flesh onto a cutting board and cut into chunks. This makes mashing easier.
  2. Immediately place avocado in a mixing bowl and cover with the lime juice.
  3. Mash until desired consistency is reached.
  4. Stir in diced onion, tomato, garlic, cilantro, hot sauce, pepper and salt.
  5. Adjust seasonings, if desired.
  6. Serve immediately with tortilla chips!
