If it's hard for you to navigate this season on your feet, just add travelling in a wheel chair over crushed ice, snow banks & slush with groceries.
Today at The Market, in Old East Village. Shane & I stopped by Common Ground Farm (close to the elevator) They have locally grown, pesticide free produce that we've never had the joys of trying until now.
We were inspired to purchase a kohlrabi

They are a CSA just outside of London. CSA? It stands for Community Supported Agriculture.
Want to join a veggie club? They're now accepting members.
With your CSA membership, it gives direct access to high quality, fresh produce grown locally. You’re purchasing a “share” of produce. The season at Common Ground Farms is 30 week divided into (3) 10 week shares.
An early bulk payment of 25% enables the farm for upcoming seasonal expenses.
For example

The Perfect solution for mobility restrictions or when you want to save time and have organic pesticide-free produce delivered to your home. Sometimes a lil' more is more. I've also checked out the ordering system, HARVIE. It's a 'find your perfect harvest' search engine. What a fun tool for a foodie. The website was easy to navigate with lots of ways to contact if you're having difficulty.
Now you may be asking yourself... What if it's too much food?
Share with family, friends or a neighbour. Split on a share, order bi-weekly or freeze for later. I checked out the booking system and you can order b-weekly shares of Spring, Summer or Fall produce.
Another option...
On the Move Organics. also have a booth at The Market, just down the way from Common Ground Farm. The main difference with the two shops is On the Move Organics has an online shop featuring vegan alternative products.
They also have a weekly or bi-weekly produce boxes with FREE London delivery.
See if you made the delivery zone. Live in Dorchester, Ingersoll, Ilderton, Lucan, Parkhill, Sarnia, Strathroy, Kilworth and all points in between pay $4!

Time to order in ... I've never ordered through Just Eat, Skip the Dishes or Uber Eats only directly with restaurants themselves but I hear that Curley's, Pizza Projekt, Plant Matter and Zen'Za Pizzeria all deliver in London and I'm sure there are more.
